Banking Law Associate

As part of the continued growth of its Banking Law practice, NNLaw is inviting applications for a Banking Law Associate (1-2 years PQE). The role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners on a growing portfolio of banking law mandates and to develop depth in core banking advisory and transactional work as well as litigation.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising on banking regulatory matters
Drafting and negotiating financing documentation
Assisting with banking litigation matters
Conducting legal research on banking law issues
